This is the personal site of Alejandro Acebal (aleacebalk). It has one job: let you join my email list so you can follow what I build. Here is exactly what happens with your information.
What I collect
Your email address, only if you type it into the sign-up form.
Where you came from, such as a tag in the link you clicked (for example "ig-bio") or the site that referred you. If neither exists, it says "direct". This helps me see which posts bring people in.
The date and time you signed up, and your number on the list.
An invite code made for you so you can invite friends, and, if a friend invited you, their code.
I do not collect your name, location, or device details, and I do not run analytics, ad trackers, or tracking cookies on this site.
How it is used
To send you emails about what I am building: updates, new projects, and launches. I will not sell your email or share it with advertisers.
Who handles your data
Supabase stores the list in a database hosted in the United States.
Kit receives your email so I can send you emails. Kit has its own privacy policy.
Vercel hosts the site, so it sees standard server request data like your IP address.
YouTube, Vimeo or Loom may load if I add a video to the page and you open it. They get standard request data like your IP address.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies. It keeps your referral tag in your browser's temporary session storage for the length of your visit so I can attribute your sign-up correctly. It is gone when you close the tab.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Delete your data: message me on Instagram @aleacebalk and I will remove your email from my list. I will remove it from Kit too.
Ask what I have about you and I will tell you.
Kids
This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
